As the situation surrounding the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to evolve, we want to take a moment to share some important updates with all our clients.
Like many Travel Agencies, we have been analyzing the situation very carefully in order to take the right measures to care for our team and clients, while still providing quality tours to guarantee the continuity of our business.
Here’s what we’re doing: We’re staying calm and positive but taking this very seriously.
We believe it’s our civic duty to play a role in reducing the spread of COVID-19. This said we would like to inform you that following the advice of medical experts and local authorities our vehicles are cleaned daily and we’re proving sanitizing hand wipes to our clients’ use while on tour. Precautions like these are in the best interest of our team, clients, partners, and the wider community.
We understand that this situation affects everyone and that is why we also changed our cancelation policy turning it more flexible.

Travel insurance is always a good idea
Epidemics are usually not included in standard travel insurance coverage. However, insurance with an additional benefit called ‘cancel-for-any-reason’ coverage is the best option at the moment. Unfortunately for many travelers due to the high demand for full trip coverage, some companies are limiting their supplies. But we have your back – call our travel experts for more information!
Stay well informed
Our priority is to the welfare, and overall comfort of our clients, so we cannot decide for you on whether or not to travel.
The CDC and U.S. Department of State websites are tracking current outbreaks and updating their travel advisories when they believe travelers should cancel trips, reconsider travel, or exercise increased caution in certain destinations due to the virus. So please, stay well informed.
We want your trip planning experience to be fun and exciting! While we cannot guarantee answers to all of your questions, our team is here to assist with any concerns you may have about your upcoming trip.
