Although much of her history is wrapped in legend, her influence on the development of Fado remains undeniable.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><b>Am\u00e1lia Rodrigues<\/b><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">If one name defines Portuguese Fado around the world, it is Am\u00e1lia Rodrigues. <\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Known as the &#8220;Queen of Fado,&#8221; Am\u00e1lia transformed the genre during the 20th century.
