  1. Premium Tours is a licensed travel and tourism agents and it\u2019s certified by the Portuguese Tourism Agency as Travel Agency under the number 3620. This accreditation can be checked any time at \u2018Turismo de Portugal\u2019 or through its agencies around the world. Of course, the best independent proof of our quality is feedback from our clients on our site (www.premiumtours.pt) and on the Trip Advisor<\/a> page.<\/li>\n
  2. Premium Tours are fully insured by Liberty Mutual Insurance covering:\n

    1. public liability<\/li>\n
    2. road risks<\/li>\n
    3. personal accidents<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/li>\n
    4. For each tour there is a detailed description of what is, or isn\u2019t, included on our site www.premiumtours.pt. Obviously we can adapt each tour to your specific preferences and needs. According to our values we want to guarantee clarity about what is included in each tour. One of our primary objectives is to give the maximum possible satisfaction in a completely carefree environment.<\/li>\n
    5. Visits with specialized local guides should be requested when booking the tour.<\/li>\n
    6. Unless mentioned, our tours do not include client’s meals.<\/li>\n
    7. The listed price of the tours is total per group, according to the number of participants.<\/li>\n
    8. Our tours are escorted by very experienced expert guides, all of whom work with us full time. With excellent English, permission to skip lines and expertise that came from real-life experience and on-the-ground knowledge, they are the key to accessing hidden gems and experiencing the true authenticity of our culture. Our guides are non-smoking.<\/li>\n
    9. There is no minimum age limit. For under-13s, we ask that you let us know when you reserve, so that we can provide the necessary safety equipment according to local law and to ensure maximum safety.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      Policies Reservations & Payments<\/h3>\n

      1. All reservations will be made through the email info@premiumtours.pt<\/a> or on our website, through the online booking form.<\/li>\n
      2. The reservation is only valid when confirmed through the email info@premiumtours.pt<\/a> by Portugal Premium Tours.<\/li>\n
      3. Portugal Premium Tours has the right to cancel tours up to 48 hours after the reservation of the same, committing itself to the total restitution of amounts already paid.<\/li>\n
      4. Cancellations are subject to the following penalties of the full trip price:\n

        \u2013 Up to 30 days prior to the arrival no penalties applied. The exceptions are entrance tickets, third party activities, hotel Bookings, and transaction fees. This will be evaluated one by one depending on each provider policy;<\/p>\n

        \u2013 30 Days to 15 Days prior to arrival: 20% of Penalty;<\/p>\n

        \u2013 Less than 15 days prior to arrival: 100% of Penalty. However, Premium Tours reserves the right to evaluate the possibility of making a partial refund.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Virtual Assistant (AI Chatbot)<\/h3>\n

        Premium Tours offers an AI-based virtual assistant (chatbot) on its website to assist users with general information about our services, tours, and frequently asked questions. It may also forward inquiries to our specialized human support team.<\/p>\n

        The assistant uses third-party technologies, including OpenAI and the Make.com automation platform, to generate automated responses based on available data. While we aim to provide useful and accurate information, Premium Tours does not guarantee the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of the chatbot\u2019s responses.<\/p>\n
